As the early iteration of “Big Woods Plaza”, this project has grown and evolved since this early stage. The project was originally designed for a similar site nearby and kept the same concept of orienting the building to face the two adjacent streets while opening up the corner with an entrance that intersects the two main forms. The early stage of this project also included a central courtyard behind the structure to act as a bridge and activity/event center between the nearby parking and hotel.
